Yesterday I was raving about my new found love for almond milk. After the gym today, I made the most delicious smoothie with it!
I combined:
-1 banana
8 oz (1 cup) almond milk
YUM!
I was going to put a splash of agave nectar into it, but it was already super sweet on its own. I couldn’t believe how creamy and amazing it tasted!

Courtney, love the new blog. To fight off a cold try a food that’s high in zinc (you’ll have to look it up; I don’t know them offhand), and tomato soup with garlic and rosemary. The garlic and rosemary have anti-viral properties. I used to make it for my kids when they were little; it provides the warmth of soup (to clear the head), vitamin C from the tomatoes, and the anti-viral properties of garlic and rosemary. Feel better soon.
